Following a 25+ year career in technology, Chelliah joined Data Cable as CEO in 2023 to lead our skilled and motivated team. He is a multifaceted leader with a firm foundation in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Distribution, Operations, and People Management. Chelliah focuses his energy and expertise on business development, operational excellence, and ensuring that the needs of our customers, and their satisfaction, remain the core focus.

Michelle Ballum

Michelle Ballum (Plant Manager)

Michelle manages our teams in production, quality, and logistics at Data Cable. She has 25+ years of experience and is a hands-on manager with a solid background in production, personnel recruitment, and training. Her focus is LEAN initiatives – 5S, Kanban, and process flow improvements – which she continuously monitors to achieve the highest quality levels attainable.

Bob Lockhart

Bob Lockhart (Account Executive)

Bob has been an integral part of Data Cable’s Customer Service and Sales Team since 2014. As our dedicated Account Executive, he is responsible for establishing and developing strong business partnerships, as well as supporting and fostering long-term relationships with our existing OEM partners. Bob has more than 38 years of experience in sales, customer service, and operations roles in the OEM electrical, electronic wire and cable assembly industry. His attention to detail is exceptional, and his care for our customer’s needs is 100% genuine. Bob is a true believer in strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, and having a positive attitude throughout it all.

With over 17 years of experience in cable and wire harness manufacturing, 10+ years working in Data Cable’s Engineering Department, and a passion to stay current on future trends and processing capabilities, Chris has extensive knowledge and expertise in the design and functionality of the wire and cable industry. His core focus is to ensure that the quality and manufacturing of all interconnect solutions meet all relevant workmanship standards for every industry we serve.
