Wire Processing Capabilities

We are true experts in fully automated wire and cable processing, including measuring, cutting, stripping, and wire marking.

Data Cable’s wire processing equipment (Scheuniger PS9380 and 2 PS9500 with inkjet markers) efficiently processes a variety of 28 to 8 awg wires and cables with precision:

  • Single conductor wires
  • Multi-conductor cables
  • Coax cables
  • Shielded cables
  • Teflon (PTFE) insulated wire and cables

Depending on the length of the cable or wire, post processing options include coiling or stacking. 


Lead Making Capabilities

Data Cable offers automated lead making solutions, including measuring, cutting, stripping, and terminating.

Our lead making equipment (Komax Gamma 333PC or 255) processes a variety of 36 to 12 awg wires and cables to 1 inch to 10 feet (3 meters) lengths, with precision and speed - up to 3,000 pieces of per hour:

  • Single conductor wires
  • Teflon (PTFE) insulated wire and cables

Terminations include plain stripping, crimping, double crimping, and tinning. Stacking is the post processing option.
